GTBS FAQ
Use the categories below to find the most relevant answer.
What is GTBS Chain?
GTBS Chain is a Layer 1 blockchain using Delegated Proof of Stake. The supplied whitepaper describes an EVM-compatible architecture designed for high throughput and low-cost applications.
What is GTBS Coin?
GTBS Coin (GTBS) is the native network asset used for transaction fees and the published ecosystem utility model, including staking and governance.
What is the Chain ID?
GTBS Mainnet uses Chain ID 4599, hexadecimal 0x11f7.
What is the official RPC?
The published GTBS Mainnet RPC is https://mainnet-rpc.gtbsblockchain.com/.
How many GTBS are there?
Published tokenomics state 300 Cr, or 3,000,000,000 GTBS, with 150 Cr premined and 150 Cr allocated to mining emissions over 10–20 years.
How does DPoS work?
The supplied whitepaper describes 21 super-nodes producing blocks with 99 backup validators ready to replace unavailable or misbehaving super-nodes.
How can I become a validator?
Choose a Micro Node, Backup Validator or Super Node path and follow the validator onboarding process. Current hardware and stake requirements should be verified before deployment.
Can I stake without running a node?
Yes. The published staking page describes delegation to validators without hardware, with a 7-day unbonding period and optional auto-compounding.
What is a Micro Node?
A Micro Node is a lower-barrier infrastructure role. Published requirements include 10,000 GTBS, 4 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD and 50 Mbps bandwidth.
Is GTBS EVM compatible?
The supplied GTBS materials describe an EVM-equivalent execution environment, allowing Solidity developers to use familiar tooling.
Where can I download GTBS Wallet?
Use the official Android and iOS links on the GTBS Wallet page.
How do I submit a dapp?
Use the Submit a Dapp form and provide your project, website, contract addresses, security information and contact details.
How do grants work?
The published program describes a $10M ecosystem fund and grants ranging from $5K micro-grants to $250K strategic grants.
How do I report a security issue?
Use the Bug Bounty page and report responsibly to support@gtbsblockchain.com.
Is there a testnet faucet?
Yes. The official faucet is available at http://faucet.gtbsblockchain.com/. Testnet parameters should be confirmed on the faucet page before use.
How do I migrate an EVM dapp?
The migration workflow is audit, deploy, liquidity and distribution. EVM projects can generally adapt by changing network configuration, subject to compatibility testing.
Are bridge networks supported?
The supplied materials list Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon and Tron corridors, with Cosmos and Polkadot interoperability on the roadmap.
Where is GTBS based?
GATBITS IT INFRASTRUCTURE is based in Dubai and is associated with the GTBS ecosystem website and infrastructure initiative.
Is GTBS financial advice?
No. Information on this website describes technology and ecosystem programs and should not be treated as financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
